Help Desk Analyst

Location: New Hyde Park, NY

The candidate must be an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented, well organized and a team player who is willing to work our varied shifts beginning at 8am, 9am and 10am EST. Knowledge in SCCM and Intune for applications packaging and deployment. Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Apple IOS, strong organizational skills, strong customer service skills, strong written and verbal communications, technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills, strong organizational skills. Experienced with hardware / software troubleshooting and setup of new configurations, must be resourceful in dealing with issues. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ZoomRoom and zoom Telephony are a plus. A+ or MCP certifications preferred but not required.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Ability to rotate through 3 different schedules, beginning at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 AM EST
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in a technical environment
  • Knowledge in SCCM and Intune for applications packaging and deployment.
  • Background in setting up new configurations, must be resourceful in dealing with issues
  • Mastery of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Printers, and Apple IOS devices
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ZoomRoom and Zoom Telephony a plus
  • A+ or MCP certifications preferred
