HRIS Analyst

This individual will report to the HRIS Manager, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the firm’s global HR systems.  Support will include security administration/configuration, trouble shooting end-user issues, system upgrade testing and report creation. 


Responsibilities
  • Recommends process improvements and configuration updates, and if approved, participates in the full life cycle of implementation
  • Monitors technology trends for Workday and leverages user communities to maintain and expand knowledge base to enhance Workday capabilities
  • Develops custom reports as needed by stakeholders to fuel analysis and operations
  • Maintains reports inventory, and updates and revises as necessary to ensure reports are relevant and provide value
  • Audits human capital data to maintain and improve overall integrity of system data
  • Tests and validates any system updates in regards to upgrades and change requests
  • Administers security, including new user set up
  • Collaborates with IT, Payroll, Finance, and other groups on HRIS/data related matters
  • Acts as second level of support for end-user issues; resolve or escalate as necessary


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-4 years of HRIS experience; Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with high attention to detail
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Professional service oriented mindset and manner
