As the Sr. Software Engineer on our App Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in addressing our software's technical debt and resolving persistent bugs. Your primary focus will be to tackle outstanding issues, including live production issues, to help ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our flagship products. You will work with the app engineering manager to identify priorities and provide
guidance to engineers on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to identify and fix major areas of tech debt and develop high-quality software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
• Contribute to the design and architecture of microservices-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software
• applications

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, RabbitMQ, and Azure services
• Experience with Agile/Kanban development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus
