About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our no-code data activation suite, a key product line now accounting for over half our revenue. You’ll guide a high-performing engineering team working at the intersection of data infrastructure, real-time systems, and AI-driven personalization. This is a high-impact role with a clear path for growth.

 

What You’ll Do

• Drive Product Development: Own roadmap execution, uphold engineering excellence, and make pragmatic decisions to ship fast and with confidence.
• Accelerate Velocity: Leverage technical and leadership skills to continuously improve team speed and effectiveness.
• Scale the Team: Lead recruiting efforts—from identifying needs to closing top-tier talent.
• Elevate Reliability: Improve system stability, prevent incidents, and foster a proactive quality culture.
• Develop Talent: Mentor engineers and ensure team engagement, growth, and impact.

Technical Areas You’ll Influence

• Warehouse Performance: Optimize complex queries and push the boundaries of interactivity and speed.
• Audience Segmentation & Experimentation: Build intuitive ways for users to segment, test, and track data performance.
• Real-time Syncing: Enable faster, event-driven syncing pipelines aligned with CDC and real-time architectures.
• Generative AI Workflows: Integrate AI into user flows to streamline actions and unlock new capabilities.

Compensation
$220,000 – $300,000 USD annually, location-independent. We’re remote-first, with flexibility built into our culture.
