Role: Founding Software Engineer

Compensation: $125,000–$250,000 + Equity

About the Role

We’re an early-stage security tech company building a next-generation autonomous code analysis and bug-fixing platform. As one of the first engineers outside our founding team, you’ll partner closely with the co-founders to shape core product features, establish engineering best practices, and deliver high-impact improvements with speed and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Evolve and expand our Python-based autonomous bug detection & remediation engine
• Build and enhance customer-facing tools for managing and triaging security findings
• Scale systems and infrastructure to support millions of scans per month
• Develop benchmarks and tooling to improve vulnerability identification

Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent portfolio/work demonstrating real-world coding expertise
• Strong in Python, with additional experience in TypeScript, modern web frameworks, and backend systems
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity, early-stage environment
• Skilled at building robust systems with minimal technical debt
