Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will have responsibility for designing and executing the complete and comprehensive digital marketing strategy. They will also have responsibility for planning, developing and delivering strong and innovative digital marketing campaigns, using a range of techniques including SEO and PPC to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in services. This role also owns the responsibility for developing and executing the Social Media strategy and keeping all platforms active and current with newsworthy content. Additionally, it has responsibility for promoting the offering on all available digital marketing channels while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing innovations and technologies. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also create written, graphic and video content and have responsibility for maintaining the website.


Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Qualified member of the AMA or equivalent
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, social media and web chat clients
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Proven content creation background in written, graphic and video content
  • Experience in building and maintaining websites, with a specific understanding of WordPress
  • A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix, coupled with a good working knowledge of HTML, CRM and CMS systems
  • Experience in budget management
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously
  • A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience with A/B testing

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
All responsibilities will be executed on a global and local level. The marketing department has adopted the agile approach of responding to the unique situations we face in each geographical market, whilst at the same time operating to promote the brand on a global level in line with the scale and scope of the business. Time in this role will be split appropriately between global and local marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the marketing POC in the US, planning, coordinating and executing all local field marketing activities including event planning, event management and associated pre-marketing campaigns, post-marketing campaigns and delegate surveys
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, distributors and suppliers
  • Support sales growth by underpinning the efforts of the local sales team with marketing assistance including procuring collateral, creating client presentations, executing lead generation campaigns for the New Business sales team and customer communication campaigns for the Account Management sales team
  • Create and manage local award entries
  • Establish the US net promoter score to understand strengths and weaknesses and to help optimize local customer engagement plans
  • Design and execute the digital marketing strategy. Apply corrective measures and optimize the strategy where needed, based on current results
  • Create and deliver account based content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, remarketing and mobile marketing campaigns
  • Maintain, develop and enhance the online identity.  This will have a strong focus on enhancing the website, focusing on driving the end user experience by using media rich content and animation or video. Ensure all content is current.  
  • Enhance and coordinate marketing initiatives across research site
  • Work with designers, partners and in-house teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing assets
  • Ensure brand consistency is delivered online across all platforms
  • Monitor and improve the overall SEO and PPC effort
  • Work with designers to create templates for the respective email marketing campaigns
  • Report project progress and outcomes on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using Google Analytics and similar programs
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and digital marketing developments. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Track conversion rates and make constant improvements to the website
  • Create, implement and oversee the social media strategy
  • Manage online brand and service campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Work with your Line Manager to analyze and improve each digital campaign
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role as directed by your immediate Line Manager
