Litigation Technology Analyst

  • Process ESI using RelativityOne (includes duplication, culling/filtering, text/metadata extraction, OCRing non-searchable files, tiff conversion, error/exception handling and quality control).
  • Manipulate data using MS Access and other tools.
  • Load electronic documents (images, metadata, native files, transcripts, videos, etc.) into databases for attorney review. Systems include: RelativityOne and Case Notebook.
  • Create electronic document productions: RelativityOne (conflict checks, redactions, endorsements, etc.).
  • Review and validate tiff images, native files, load files and transcripts/exhibits.     
  • Support Specialists, Senior Specialists and Project Managers on matters and projects. Provide coverage for Litigation Technology helpline and department e-mail. 
  • Troubleshoot litigation technology systems and databases. Assist with system upgrades and server migrations. 
  • Maintain media inventory database (chain of custody). Create and copy media. Setup department laptops - install and configure applications (load case databases, images, etc.). 
  • Provide technology support at depositions and trials (set up Real-Time LiveNote Connections, trial war rooms, presentation systems, etc.). 
  • Manage small matters with the assistance / oversight of a Specialist/Senior Specialist. 
  • Train and mentor other Analysts in the department. 
  • Other responsibilities as they are assigned as needed.

Pay $70 - 100K


  • At least 1- 3 years of law firm or litigation support service provider experience required.
  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience with RelativityOne required.
  • Experience processing ESI using processing systems (e.g., Relativity, Relativity One, etc.) required.
  • Experience manipulating and importing data load files (such as delimited text files, DII files, and LFP files) is required.
  • General knowledge of desktop applications (e.g., MS Office) is required.
  • Trial experience a plus.
  • Experience in MS Access, SQL or other database system a plus.
  • Committed team player – works well with others.
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Must be flexible enough to deal with sudden changes in plans, deadlines, etc.
  • Must appreciate the urgencies of tight deadlines inherent in litigation.
  • Must be available and flexible for evening or weekend work.
  • Some travel may be required.
