We’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help transform how technology supports human care. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (Python, JavaScript) who enjoys working closely with operations and customer teams to identify problems, craft data-driven solutions, and own projects end-to-end.
Bonus points if you bring experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, AI/LLM-powered tools, front-end frameworks (React, TailwindCSS), DevOps & Monitoring (Datadog, Sentry), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
Dive deep into operations to uncover inefficiencies and translate complex challenges into actionable technical projects.
Architect and develop tools and integrations that automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Rapidly prototype and iterate based on direct user feedback.
Leverage large datasets to inform designs, monitor solution effectiveness, and build dashboards that surface key metrics.
Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations across multiple systems and APIs.
Partner closely with non-technical teams and leadership to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.
Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
Proven ability to build and ship data-driven solutions in production.
Experience building or maintaining internal tools or workflow automations in healthcare or other regulated environments.
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across functions.
Remote-first (US-based; relocation support available for exceptional candidates).

Reports directly to company leadership.
