Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS (or similar cloud environments), and containerized services (e.g., ECS).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across engineering and product.
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow into senior or leadership responsibilities over time.
