About the Role

We’re hiring a Fullstack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a small, fast-moving engineering team at an early-stage, venture-backed startup. This is a foundational role where you’ll have real ownership, broad technical scope, and direct impact on the product and company trajectory.

You’ll work across the stack to build high-quality, customer-facing software in an environment that values autonomy, speed, and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

Design and build frontend and backend software used by real customers
Own features end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through production
Navigate the full software development lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (product, operations, leadership)
Improve and evolve the engineering infrastructure as the company scales
Contribute to technical decisions that shape the long-term architecture

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development
Strong JavaScript fundamentals
Experience building and shipping production-grade products
Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
Highly independent, proactive, and ownership-oriented
Strong communication skills and a bias toward action

Tech Stack
