Customer Solutions Engineer

As the first Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our Customer Success Team, working with current and prospective customers to help them integrate our product into their current systems as well as advise and build innovative solutions for their secure data transfer needs. From customer onboarding through adoption, you will be leading the technical discussion with key stakeholders to ensure our customers are maximizing the value of our Secure Data Transfer Platform.

What you will do:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, integrations, configurations
  • Assist with the technical implementation of product integrations with Zendesk, Freshdesk and Service Cloud for new and legacy customers 
  • Work with our large base of enterprise customers to discover and build new ways to integrate our product into existing business processes
  • Educate customers on best practices related to the API, help desk integrations, etc
  • Contribute to the technical enablement of our Customer Success and Sales Teams 
  • Always have an ear for nuggets of product feedback and help the Product team prioritize feature and functionality development

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant role such as a Developer, Support Engineer, Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, etc
  • Technical understanding of AWS and ticketing systems like Zendesk, SalesForce ServiceCloud or Freshdesk
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and Javascript and comfort working with REST APIs
  • You are creative, technical, and naturally persuasive
  • You are willing and able to give and receive constructive feedback
  • You enjoy connecting with customers, discussing strategy with colleagues, and building new things
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize projects

You may also have
  • Previous experience with OpenPGP, data security, or cryptography
  • Familiarity with Java, C# and/or Python a plus
  • Prior success building internal tools 
  • Startup, remote work, SaaS or Agile experience
