- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in NY
- Experience in litigation (plaintiff or defense)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload involving MVA and Premises cases
- Work closely with other attorneys and paralegals.
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
